Quiet principles that guide our practice and our partnerships.
Studio visits and consultations are by appointment. We keep our space calm so that conversations can be unhurried — please confirm your visit at least 48 hours in advance.
All plants leaving the atelier are inspected, hydrated, and labelled with care instructions. Clients are kindly asked to follow the placement and watering guidance issued at handover for the first ninety days.
For installations, please ensure clear access to the space, working power, and protective coverings if required. Our team will assess and confirm site readiness one week before installation.
We may photograph completed installations for our portfolio. Names and addresses are never published without written consent. Clients receive complimentary high-resolution images of their project.
Some plants we curate may be toxic if ingested. We disclose toxicity at proposal stage; clients are responsible for placement decisions in homes with young children or animals.
Bespoke plants and installations cannot be returned, however we offer a thirty-day health guarantee. Should a specimen decline through no fault of the client environment, we replace it without charge.
We propagate locally where possible, use peat-free substrates, and partner with Maltese ceramicists for vessels. We ask clients to return old terracotta to the atelier for reuse — we offer a small credit in exchange.
The atelier responds to enquiries within two working days, Tuesday through Saturday. For urgent matters concerning live installations, please call the studio directly.
We work best in respectful collaboration. We reserve the right to decline or end engagements where mutual respect cannot be maintained.
These rules may evolve as our practice does. Active clients will be notified of any meaningful change.
