By engaging Verdant Atelier ("the Atelier", "we", "us") for consultation, plant supply, installation, or maintenance services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before commissioning work.
The Atelier provides biophilic design consultancy, indoor plant curation, custom installations, and ongoing maintenance. All scopes are confirmed in a written proposal prior to commencement.
Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to secure project dates. Final balances are payable upon completion of installation.
Plants are living organisms whose appearance evolves over time. While we guarantee the health of all specimens at the time of delivery, ongoing wellbeing depends on environmental factors and care.
Subscribers to maintenance plans receive scheduled visits as outlined in their agreement. Replacement of plants compromised through documented studio negligence is included; loss due to client environment is not.
Projects may be cancelled in writing up to fourteen (14) days before installation, with deposits refundable less expenses incurred. Maintenance plans require thirty (30) days written notice.
The Atelier carries professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant project. We are not liable for incidental damage to surfaces, flooring, or property unless caused by demonstrable studio negligence.
Designs, drawings, and proposals remain the intellectual property of Verdant Atelier until full payment is received. We retain the right to photograph completed installations for portfolio use, with client permission for identification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
